Who really wears the dogs-collar around your house? Most say the dogs, but I really know better and it’s time you do too. We the owners wear the studded dog collars for our loveable k-9 pals that can become more like best friends and family member then just another family pet. But when you really think about it their almost like adopted children that never grow up. You have to always take them out to go potty, read their body language and tone, you make sure your pal get his or her exercise too. When you’re late coming home from work you know you think to yourself, “he is going to be so hungry, poor thing!” And there is a good chance that if you were late enough and no one was home to keep them entertained then you might find your favorite pair of leather hills or loafer with urine or poop in them. And you can guess who is going to clean that up! So really who do you think wears the collar around your house?!

I started a new weight training regime last week. I went to the gym three times, with a new book and a mission to lose my belly fat before I am 40! I read a lot about the dangers of belly fat recently and it made me make a final and meaningful decision to get to the gym again this week and go at it with a clear plan. I have been to the gym on many occasions, just on and off, but this week was the first week I ever got a sincere work-out plan together and I felt so great.

I’m into a lot of different kinds of music, but that’s probably the most common answer you could possibly think of. HOW UNHELPFUL to whatever the purpose of this is. Let me try to elaborate. I enjoy what most people would call alternative I suppose. I don’t really like putting labels on music. Lately I’ve been listening to Brand New constantly. It’s a band I used to listen to back in the high school days, but their music is now really different. I think Brand New and I grew up together. I must admit however, I do enjoy their old teenage anthems just as much now as I did then.
