Because she was unfamiliar with the terrain of the house due to the fact that we do not spend much time at their house, she tripped on the table and tried to get her balance, but because of the step which her foot landed on during her effort to keep her balance she fell onto the ground. This was particularly upsetting to my mother because she had already fallen at my daughter’s birthday party which happened two weeks ago. She had fallen because my cousin had pushed her to be funny (trying to get her in the pool), but my mother was unprepared for being pushed so she had landed on the ground and blacked out after bouncing around a little. After taking care of my daughter’s personal problem, we relaxed a little while and then left. My writing may not make this day sound like much, but I had some wonderful and enlightening conversation with my family, and enjoyed every minute (what can I do about what I might rather have missed?) and wouldn’t change a thing.
