What’s For Dinner

I made some pasta with smoked turkey sausage, zucchini, peas, onion, garlic, and alfredo sauce for dinner last night. That is something I make a lot because it’s easy, cheap, and there are always leftovers for me to eat for lunch. Tonight I am going to make teriyaki chicken thighs in the oven and serve them with a stir fry of rice, broccoli, garlic, onions, peas, carrots, and corn. The other night I made chicken thighs with a really good potato bake. I used a broccoli cheese soup mix and tossed it with potatoes cut into cubes and onions and then baked it for about 45 minutes. That was really good and I will probably make it again soon.
